How to Use the Vacuum Ball Valve?

Feb 8,2024
A vacuum ball valve is a commonly used type of valve to control the media flow. Vacuum ball valve including the 2-way vacuum ball valve, 3-way vacuum ball valve, Pneumatic ball valves, etc.The following is the usage method of the vacuum ball valve:

1. Ensure that the installation position of the vacuum ball valve is correct and firmly connected to the pipeline. Check the sealing performance of the valve to ensure that it is in a closed state.

2. Open the valve: Rotate the handle or operating lever to a position parallel to the pipeline axis to open the valve. At this point, the medium can flow through the valve.

3. Close the valve: Rotate the handle or operating lever to a position perpendicular to the pipeline axis to close the valve. At this point, the medium cannot flow through the valve.

4. Adjust flow rate: By rotating the handle or operating lever, the valve can be partially opened or closed to regulate the flow rate of the medium.

5. Maintenance: Regularly check the sealing performance of the vacuum ball valve. If leakage or damage is found, the sealing components should be replaced or the valve repaired in a timely manner.

Please note that when operating vacuum ball valves, caution should be exercised according to the actual situation and relevant safety regulations should be followed.
